HOW LONG DOES THE GAME RUN?
Our cinematic experiences run for a full 90 minutes. Â Please allow extra time for your briefing and debrief.
WHAT IS THE RECOMMENDED GROUP SIZE?
Most of our rooms are designed for teams of 2-8 players. Larger groups can book multiple rooms to play simultaneously.
ARE THERE AGE LIMITS?
We welcome players of all ages! However, we recommend players be 8+ to fully engage with the puzzles. Players under 16 must have an adult on-site.
WHEN SHOULD WE ARRIVE?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time for check-in and your safety briefing. Late arrivals may reduce your game time.
HOW DO BOOKINGS AND RESCHEDULES WORK?
All bookings are made online. We offer a flexible reschedule policy if notified 24 hours in advance, ensuring you're ready for your mission.
IS THE EXPERIENCE PHYSICALLY DEMANDING?
They can be! Our rooms are full of twists and turns and may require physical exertion. Accessibility can vary from room to room, but please contact us for specific room details.
IS IT SCARY?
The Forgotten Temple & Operation Nightfall are perfect for all adventurers, no matter the age.
NO EXIT & The Harvaine House are horror themed rooms, with live actors, eery music & jump scares.
WHERE CAN WE PARK IN BURSWOOD?
We have plenty of parking along Burswood Road & Hawthorne Place.
